Project Overview
For this Hollywood, Florida whole-home remodel, the Danova team executed a full interior transformation from active construction to near-finish delivery. The scope included major prep and framing-stage coordination, seamless drywall finishing, modern recessed lighting integration, and full-surface interior upgrades. The centerpiece is an open-concept kitchen with flat-panel wood cabinetry, a large waterfall island, and integrated cooktop placement that improves both workflow and entertaining space. In the primary bath, the design was elevated with a wet-room-style shower zone, black rainfall and handheld fixtures, a freestanding soaking tub by a frosted window, textured wall tile, and a floating vanity for a high-end spa feel.
Scope: Full-home interior renovation including demolition and layout reconfiguration, drywall and paint-ready finishes, open-concept kitchen build-out, large-format tile flooring installation, and a full primary bathroom redesign with modern fixtures.
